By Ari from Jackson, WY on 09/03/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Large Capacity Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I was really excited about using this pack the first day. It had many little pockets to hold a lot of things. First thing I noticed was that it was a little hard to fill, but that didn't bother me too much. However when I got to the trail head and wanted to drink some water I couldn't get anything from the hose. After trying for about 10 min to fix it I could get some water from it, but it was extremely difficult to get the flow started and I just drank water from my friends Camelbak. It also leaked from the opening and was difficult to empty and dry.
By Golly from Southern California on 06/16/2008 Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this for use on a motorcycle. After filling, which was difficult, found that it leaked all over the bottom of the bag. I had to fill it with a glass so I'm sure none got spilled on the outside. Also, it was extremely hard to get any flow, but when I took the bag out to dry it I found the hose was permanently kinked. Poor quality.
Good design but had to replace tube. By mhfm from Carlsbad, CA on 06/07/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Highly Adjustable, Stable Cons: Leaky Valve, Poor Construction Best Uses: Bicycle touring Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This pack is well designed and fit me well but is not made of the best quality materials. I had to replace the straw to the bladder because it kinked easily and leaked. Also, the straps do not stay adjusted for long.
