It's not Insulated! Very light weight -- my XS weights about 12oz! Very high quality product though. Would really like to keep it if it's just 1 inch longer to reach top of my boots. The previous review said it's long enough for her 5'8" body. Maybe she got a size Small. I am 5'7" and less than 120lb so XS fits very well on my waist and legs, but the bottom of the legs barely reach the top of my hiking boots.

I plan to cross country ski in them with a light long underwear underneath. Very flattering fit.

Great fit from top to bottom- I am 5'8" 130lbs and have a horrible time finding pants that are long enough and fit in the waist without being horribly baggy in the seat and legs. These fit as if they were made for me- Bravo to OR for realizing that some of us need slim fit! Love the material and the stretch- sturdy fabric holds up but allows for absolute freedom of movement. Great with a base layer for extra warmth.
