I got a medium and it fits the XL person in my house. I recommend it for general warm casual wear, but order a couple sizes smaller than you would expect. Haven't washed it yet but with synthetic content don't expect it to shrink.

He's a broad-chested guy and likes his fleece loose, an XL. The only size available was 2XL, just one size up. He really really wanted to keep it because he loves the brick color; unfortunately, it was a tent! He said both of us could easy fit into at the same time with room left over for the dogs. Sadly, we have to return it.

They are well-made, thicker than expected, but ran a size too large. I usually wear medium and order the said size, but this MED would have been LARGE on other brands. It shrunk only slightly after washing in warm water. for the price I paid st STP (under $20) I'm keeping it as I can wear it underneath my sweaters and nobody can see it is too big.
