I usually stick to sportier sunglasses from Smith, so these are a little more "fashion" than I'm used to, but they are comfortable, and the lenses rock. I plan to use them for everything - hiking, cycling, watersports, snow, etc. The frames do not obstruct vision at all, and the arms do not interfere with the way my various hats fit. They don't slide down my nose when I bump along the road or trail. The case is a bit big for the average purse, but a soft bag is also included. And, they stay put on top of my head when I put them there.
