Can't go wrong with Acorn By Pioneer Woman from Old Forge, NY on 05/01/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Durable Sole, Soft, Warm Best Uses: Comfort, Home, Lounging Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Been waiting for these to go on clearance... Not a big fan of the slippers with stiff "outdoor soles" but it does make them more durable to last longer. Love the sheepskin ones for the softness & warmth in my wood-heated home with no foundation for insulation in winter. And can't beat the price [...]
By Genuine Jaclyn from Holly, Michigan on 04/09/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Durable Sole, Soft, Warm Best Uses: Comfort, Home, Lounging, Outdoors Describe Yourself: Casual, Stylish, Trendy Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: My daughter loved these mocs when she got them for her birthday. However, the first time she wore them one of the stitches on the toe broke free. This opened up a gap to the sole. Hopefully, it won't happen anymore. Besides that, she loves them.
By KARZ from Central New Jersey on 01/09/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Durable Sole, Warm Cons: Stitching coming undone Best Uses: Comfort, Garage patio porch, Lounging Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Acorn makes a good product - I have two pairs of sheepskin slippers. The sheepskin moulds to your feet, so if the slipper feels tight, you may have to wear them a few times before they feel right.
My con is the stitching has come undone on one side of the sole. I sewed it back and reglued the area so it wouldn't come undone again. Also, after awhile, the heel fur wears away, but I believe this is normal.
Pros are the slippers are durable, warm, comfy and I have washed them in the washer and tumbled dried them lightly when they got dirty, and they came out just great. They're great for running out to grab the newspaper in the morning, too.
