Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have neuropathy and wear something on my feet all the time. I've worn these slippers over 12 hrs./day for the past 6 months and love them! Warm but not too hot. Stay on my feet but I don't know they're there. Soft, not scratchy. So comfy! They have wool soles so I can't wear them outside much or get them wet. I wish I'd bought more when there was a better selection in my size.
