Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: MBT boots mean MBT soles with the weight and ankle support of a full scale hiking boot. These boots add to calorie burning, and for the first few wearings result in some soreness in legs--but its all good! This is my second pair of MBT from STP, so you know I am already a fan! Be sure to order 1/2 size larger..I'm a 41 ordered 41 2/3 and both fit great!
