Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Used in back country winter backpacking. It's not for the arctic, but it keeps me warm all day in 20 degree F temps. This is my first season with it, but with proper layering, I think it would keep me warm while hiking all day in the low teens. The pit zips are nice for ventilation. Has good mobility. It's good for winter physical activities.
