I would buy this product again and again
By Troutivore from Kansas City on 7/11/2008
Pros:
Comfortable, Compact, Dries Quickly, Easy Set Up, Lightweight
Best Uses:
Campgrounds, Day Trips, Winter Camping
Describe Yourself:
Casual/ Recreational
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Comments: This cot cradles your body and supports your back. I should know since my back would tell me if it did not provide good support. I never thought I would own a cot, in fact I did not they were still in production. But this is a must have for sleeping outdoors. The cot is compact and is made to last.
Great cot! Comfy and a Great Price

Comments: This is great very comfy and sturdy, at the sacrifice of being very heavy. These are great when we have houseguests, too, for the kids to sleep on.

We bought one of these, and one of the oversize ones for car camping. We had problems with the oversize one but this one seems OK so far. It sags a little but not nearly as much as the oversize one. It was pretty easy for my 1st grade daughter to assemble the last crossbar. There isn't a lot of tension when you install the last crossbar like there is on an old Army cot. Still, it's pretty comfortable, especially since it's wider than an Army cot.
By the way, the oversize and large cots were shipped in their original boxes and they both sustained damage from shipping. One of the feet was torn off from the oversize one so I returned it. A hole was punched into the carrying bag for this cot but I haven't returned it yet.
