My "make my inflatable pad into chair" kit finally broke down after being well-loved for several years, but I had decided that there was a basic flaw in the design, in that my sleeping pad would get dirty, and that dirt would invariably get in the tent. After camping with my in-laws, who brought these sort of chairs, I have come around to these heavier, but almost as comfy and definitely more practical basic chairs. Near indestructible, they do what they're supposed to, and they're cheap. What more can you ask for?

The back support is good, but I would have preferred thicker cushioning in the bottom of the seat.
