Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Was compact, lightweight, and takes up very little space. Seemed to inflate easily. Padding was very good but it is a very small pad and will only cover the low back and shoulder area of an average size person. If you are large, you will not want this mat. Otherwise, it's as advertised.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I purchased this sleeping pad before a 5 day self supported off road bicycle tour, so I was definitely counting ounces. I was concerned about comfort when it arrived because it seemed so small - mostly just your shoulders and hips are supported & I thought I might roll off of it too easily. However, it was actually quite comforatable. Where it does support it is very plush & I seemed to stay centered throughout the night. It doesn't pack down super small, but it's very light.
