No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Bought this pack for myself while I bought my wife the similar model for women. Both are lightweight and keep your back cool with great air circculation. I really appreciate the capacity. Have used for some pretty serious day hikes with my friends and was very pleased - the only one without a soaking wet back!
