Comments: This pack is great for day hikes--it's got plenty of space inside plus generous outside mesh pockets for 1 ltr SIGG water bottles. In addition, there's a wet compartment at the base of the bag for soggy items. I LOVE how dry my back stays with the ventilation system. The hip belt is well padded and supports almost all the weight of the pack so there is very little resting on your shoulders other than for balance. The outside-accesible small pocket is nice. It could be improved by putting small pockets on the hip belt for lip balm, small camera, etc.

Comments: Bought it for use as a daypack for hikes and lug around backpack for weekend trips. The frame and back suspension makes it too technical for me, but for someone that wants it purely for hikes it would be perfect. Loved the separate bottom compartment for dirty/wet clothes and the included pack cover.
good features, but can't wear it

Comments: When I got it I thought that it would work great for what I need - an airline cary on, daypack, bookbag, and pack to cary groceries in. It has some really nice features and I really liked the way it is laid out. Unfortuinately, the straps are angled so that they put pressure on my neck instead of resting on the sholders. Other than that, it would have been exactly what I needed, but instead I have to return it.
