Scarf adds color and warmth. Good for the days when it is not bitterly cold or windy when one has to have a long coat. However, coat is long enough to cover hips, which is why I don't like jackets anymore. Very happy with the Stephanie Matthews brand. Bought two different style coats from this brand. Both well made and just what I needed at unbelievable prices. Had money left over to buy both my grandkids coats for the winter with the savings.
