This is a great shirt for hot summer days, very cool and comfortable. I like the styling of the stand-up collar for casual wear and low-key exercise like hiking, but I don't think I'd wear it for the gym because of the collar. It looks more feminine to me than I'd guess from the picture... not such boxy shoulders, and nice shaping.
I would call it a trim fit (as is often true of exercise wear).
