The fabric is primarily cotton and an excellent grade at that, with a bit of spandex. They sit right at the waist which is somewhat difficult to find these days with all the dropped waist pants the teens usually wear. The Cullen pants are extremely well crafted. One pair can last multiple seasons. The fit it not ultra clingy like tights nor too loose but somewhere inbetween closer to a snug fit. These can be worn year round. They do very well after a washing, retaining both shape and color.... and don't have a tendency toward streaking like garment of a similar kind. These can be worn with just about everything. I've ordered several pairs since I don't know when I'll find them again.
