No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The fit is very nice but is a very low rise compared to how it appears in the photo. Just not me! Also, the fabric is scratchy and rough. I agree with the previous comment about the odd knee fold in the design. It is very uncomfortable. I'll be returning this item.

However, I could not wear them as there is a tight totally impractical extra fold of material that hit me right in the bend of my knee (I am 5 9 and got the size 6)and made it uncomfortable to walk wearing these.
