I'm on the smaller size, so I need less support -- for that, this bra rocks. (Not too tight and restrictive.) Plus I love love love that the straps are two spaghetti straps together -- it looks great layered under any kind of tank. (Something that doesn't always look great with a wider sports bra strap.) I'm a professional Pilates trainer, so I have to look great at the gym -- this gives me lots of options.
