Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I consider these much more of a fashion statement than athletic wear. Those of a certain age may feel like the character Pippi Longstocking when wearing these fun tights; I will enjoy wearing them with skirts as an elementary teacher on yard duty, but my alter ego needs them to keep warm while riding on the back of a motorcycle!

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I am between sizes (5'5" & 125 lbs) so ordered Medium because I didn't want them to bind and feel restrictive. There's a little extra fabric, but they don't bind and will be scrumptiously warm with skirts and dresses in the winter. If I wanted a smooth, stretchy fit, I could have gotten the Sm and been fine, but the M will be warmer, I think. I've always wanted a pair of Smartwool tights but didn't want to pay full price. Wonderful.
