Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I am an old(68yrs) experienced(55yrs) alpinist/skier/paddler/cyclist. Kelty's carport is used at car only (trailhead, put-in, etc). Fine gear; for what it is. Fits Honda Element with a bit of "engineering" and Honda Odyssey perfectly. Heed factory warnings about windy conditions! Otherwise, it is great in light rain, as a sunshade and as a privacy screen.
