He's worn them out to the theatre and on walks around the neighborhood.
The velcro at heel and over top is wonderful to accommodate his wide feet. The footbed is excellently padded. The tread is sturdy and grips well.
He insists they're so comfortable, though I notice after he's worn them, the top of his foot looks pink where the ridge of velcro fastens together.
(If they were on my feet, I'd find them uncomfortable--but day after day he wears them without blisters.)
They really look sharp, and are such a refreshing alternative to the usual "made in China" plasticky stuff all the kids are wearing.

I love the ajustable straps to fit your comfort. I hate that they wear very quick which makes me have to buy new summer shoes next summer.
