Needed non-cotton clothing under jacket(s) for hiking. I'm heavy at 5'9" and 260 lbs so I get pretty moist under exertion. Length was fine. Hiking the New Hampshire 4000 footers over the next few years.
The material is the kind that catches easily on dry skin like hands in winter so you get that prickly sensation handling the cloth.

I utilized this product by going R2R2R at the Grand Canyon and then a fall attempt on Granite Peak in WY. I then tried to purchase a black one, too small different material - I returned it. I then tried a gray version and again - too small & completely different material. There is no consistency in this product.
