I'm 5'10" and 190 lbs. and a large is the perfect fit. The raglan sleeves are perfect for freedom of movement while running. I ordered three and wish I could get more.

Light and breathable, moisture wicking - basically does what it is designed to do. Fits good overall but runs a little long in the torso (I personally don't like the extra to hang or tuck in when I just want to keep cool while working out). There is a little extra stitching that is part of the design - don't care for that myself - would prefer if it were more plain. I prefer the Hind Hydralite over this one. Overall this shirt is good for highly aerobic activities or hot weather.

Very light and breathable, loose fitting but not baggy. Is a bit see-thru so not the best for casual wear. Liked it so much I ordered 2 more.
