I tend to sweat easily and the shirt is very comfortable and wicks away the moisture well. I generally have worn Nike Dri-fit items to work out in (which I have loved for years), but this is just as comfortable and the size is a little bit more friendly (slightly longer sleeves that don't "pull" as much once I put an ipod over them.) If I had a need for several more of these types of shirts, I would be buying these up quickly.

It got pretty soggy during a run on a humid day, but then again not much doesn't.
