No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Bought these for my guys who are hiking the A.T. Ended up sewing two small holes together (on each pair). Needed to send off ASAP. figured 2nds meant discoloration. Everything else I've bought from you has been just fine. Just have to stay away from the 2nds.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I've only worn these socks a couple of times for rock scrambling but they felt great. Extra padding fell right wear it should and my feet were not sweaty in the least when I removed them. I like these so much that I went back and purchased two more pair. I wear a size 10 but ordered the medium (8-9.5) and this is definitely the way to go if you are on the cusp. I will most definitely be wearing these over my 4th of July backpacking trip. I would recommend anything Bridgedale produces -never a dissapointment.
