Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The sizing runs a bit small. I usually take a women's 7.5 and the 7 fit great. I got them to use in a low volume whitewater kayak and at the beach. They are very flexible but still offer enough protection. They are a little difficult to get on and off because of the high top but it keeps water from flowing in and out and keeps most sand and pebbles out.
