Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This shoe is perfect for my daily treadmill walk. The 'Z' strap keeps the shoe firmly on my foot without the heel rubbing I experienced with Mary Jane styles. The velcro strap fastener is quick and easy to use. When my first pair wore out, I bought 2 more pairs (just in case they get discontinued).
