Anyone that is more than average height might want to get the next size up. I would say if the length looks good when new, then only dry clean this item. Mine was hand washed in cold water and dried flat per the instructions and it did shrink a bit. This shirt is very comfortable and looks good for either casual or somewhat dressy occasions.
