No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I ordered this collar for my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Puppy, i also ordered the Small and Medium as well. BUT on the size Extra Small, the D ring which you are supposed to attach the leash to does not have enough room to do this. When the collar is put on and the leather goes thru the rings it leaves NO ROOM for you to attach the leash, You can do it but it takes a LOT OF WORK to attach and Detach. This is my ONLY COMPLAINT, but its a BIG ONE HOWEVER this is NOT the case with the size Small or Medium on those collars there IS ENOUGH ROOM TO ATTACH THE LEASH on those sizes

However, the buckle that was used (at least on the extra small model) does not allow sufficient room for the end to fit through after being fastened. It can fit, but with a lot of effort, which will make you never want to take it off your dog. Maybe the buckle is better on larger sized collars. Good idea, but poor execution. [...]
