Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I did not expect woven inside pants, because they weren't mentioned in the product's description. However, I actually found this to be convenient for my chief use of these shorts for my high-intensity kickbox cardio classes. I would normally have to wear boy cut underwear with my gym shorts. However, I prefer wearing separate underpants. I wear a Woman's Size 0 or 00; so the extra small size was perfect and much cheaper than if purchased elsewhere for this better grade of sportswear fabric.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: These shorts are very small in the hips. They are junior sized. I bought them to wear over a swim suit for kayaking, but they have a nylon panty like running shorts. I didn't see that mentioned in the description.
