Two of the three pairs have developed stress cracks in the lenses. I'm not sure if it's the frame design or the glass lenses may be too fragile. I can't even identify when the crack occcurred, my theory is that they got too hot in my car and the glass and metal frames expanded at different rates. These Bonefish Bay glasses developed a crack from the corner (where the frame points converge), which went across the lens to the opposite corner. This happened about a week of light use.
This will be my last pair of Costas. On the bright side, the problems I encountered were quickly resolved by Sierra Trading Post. Two thumbs up for STP, two thumbs down for Costa DM.
Last, dealing with Costa's service department is leaves a lot to be desired. They're slow and expensive; seemingly ignoring the brand loyalty that good service can foster.
I'll be looking for M**i J*m sunglasses from now on.
