By El Chino from Miami, Fl on 08/29/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Great Traction, Look good, Non-slip sole, Stable Best Uses: Backcountry, Day hikes, Everyday Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these shoes over a year ago, and after that long of almost every day use, they are starting to wear on the sides, right there where they bend when you flex your feet to crouch.
I'm ordering a new pair, half a size bigger, though...I order my regular size originally and it was a little unconfortable until they streched, now they fit like a glove. Great shoes all around
Really, Really Small and Narrow! By Threadhead from Arizona on 08/28/2008 Pros: Durable, Great Traction, Stable Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels full size too small Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The other reviews really don't stress just how SMALL these boot run. I normally wear a 10.5, so I ordered an 11.5 and it is so small and narrow on my foot, I can hardly walk without pain.
I would probably pass on these unless you can order 1.5 to 2 sizes larger.
I would buy this product again By Polarite from Anchorage, Alaska on 08/12/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Stable Best Uses: Day hikes, Everyday Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I haven't had these shoes long enough to really break them in, but they are very comfortable right out of the box. They feel very stable and will work great for me on the trails.
