Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: A well made and very fine looking vertically textured blue/grey shirt that runs small. As many might know the federal government defined standard sizes through 1983. No more.
Toscano shirts (may. I don't know.) tend to run smaller than "vanity sized" US apparel.
