But the queen is fine unless you like to tuck your pillows under the bedspread. I put my pillows on top with the shams in front and it's lovely. I bought this for summer use, but with a blanket underneath it's remarkably warm for a lightweight cover, so it might be a four-season bedspread.

The cotton backing is a plus because it doesn't slip off. It's also wonderful those rare naps and holds up to our 2 dogs sleeping on it as well.
