It is softer than I thought it'd be--reverse side is SOOOOOOOO soft! During our long Minnesota fall & winter my family of 4 will certainly snuggle on our gray leather couch with this throw. I have a 100% cashmere throw in ivory --thinner, so this is heavier, which my husband likes while watching TV or reading. An IDEAL purchase, especially for the price!
