No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Another reviewer said the shorts didn't ride up, so I bought it. Although they ride up less than a cheaper brand workout skort I purchased, they still ride up. They'll be OK for biking or casual walks, but they didn't work for jogging or the elliptical. Other than that, it's a nice product.
