Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I was skeptical about wearing something under my clothing, but didn't want to have to worry about pick pockets. This is much more comfortable than I anticipated. The band is elastic and it is backed with a soft brushed fabric that is non chaffing. There are more pockets than I will use, some closing and some "slots" like for credit cards. This would be useful if you wanted to keep a lot of things separate, but could get bulky if they were all stuffed full. Well worth the investment to feel secure while traveling.
