It serves the purpose it was bought for which is sun shielding.

It really kept the sun off my head and neck and made me feel much cooler. I usually do not care for hats but this one was comfortable and lightweight, and it did not blow away in the gusty winds of Zion National Park because of the adjustable neck strap. This one is a keeper.
