By Baileysmom from NJ on 06/29/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Great Traction, Stable, Water Resistant Best Uses: Day hikes, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I ordered 1/2 size bigger as recommended and wore hiking socks with them and they were so comfortable on my first hike(about 2 miles) I felt like I'd worn them for years. Another great Vasque product. I especially liked seeing water bead up on my boots after crossing a stream while my feet stayed nice and dry.
By Milt from Peoria, IL on 06/22/2008 Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Bought for girlfriend for upcoming trip to Tetons. These boots are not acceptable for backpacking with 25+ lbs. Gore-tex only good thing about these boots.
