It has a very slight "slub" to the fabric that makes it more casual than a high sheen. The colors are very true and clear so it can be paired with lots of coordinates. I would also wear this for a formal Christmas party with heels and a formal top.

It fit very well. The skirt length is about 2-3 inches above my ankle in 1 inch heel, just the way I like it. A shape looks nice on my size 18 body. Glad I bought it. I don't think I would wear it except for the holidays considering the colors but I have been looking for something special with style like this for a long time so I am very satisfied.
