Comments: This lightweight sports jacket has a natty pattern--not for the faint at heart--but not at all tacky. Think Ronald Reagan and how he dressed. The success of this kind of look depends on the quality of a garment's construction, and this one passes the test.

Comments: Would have to disagree with other review. This is a great jacket and in no way is it remotely ghastly. It would require some ability to match colors and patterns well as the colors are not flat out typical.Nothing much crazy about creme, rust and blue all the same. Just unique enough to take a jacket made of fine material and workmanship to something a tad more original and classic. Fiance' from Europe (would say is conservative) now has a number of Arnold Brandt suits and sports coats. Firstly, clothing for one example, is astronomically more expensive there. Customs personel in Zurich were gathered around, humorously enough, first doubtful, then astonished at the quality and seriously, the prices paid . More relevant to know perhaps is that his tailor, who sees the best from all over the globe, was greatly impressed with the superior quality of both fabric and workmanship of all of the Arnold Brandt suits and jackets, *including this one*. The tailor stated that custom made suits and jackets in Hong Kong, where evidently 'bargains' for the bargain deprived Swiss are found starting at $1000.00 or more wouldn't touch the quality of the fabrics alone from this line. (add air fare) I have extensive experience myself with high end clothing, and am as well as a successful high end 'bargain' shopper. This is a superior line across the board. This jacket is not simple in terms of easily coordinating ties, shirts, etc. If this isn't your particular comfort zone, no matter, bring in to a good retailer to find someone well versed in doing so. You would for the most part be challenged to do so with out seeing/holding coordinating items next to this particular jacket, but there are classic looking combos to be found with it... if the idea of wearing quality and defining your own style, rather than just following appeals to you. The options in doing so with mens fashion are limiting enough. When you see something both elegant and subtly unique, you know it. It takes a little more effort sometimes, but it's worth it with this jacket. There is nothing overstated in any way about it. Believe me, this just wouldn't fly. lol. Again, multiple items from Arnold Brandt have all been outstanding. Good Luck:))

Comments: I thought I'd like this jacket, but as soon as it arrived my wife thought I was planning to work the corner. Perhaps with a cat print fedora it'd work, but honestly this jacket was ghastly.
