By Ben H from Portland, OR on 08/15/2008 Pros: Comfortable Grip, Sharp Blade, Smooth Locking Mechanism Cons: Two hands open and close Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: A sharp knife and comfortable in the hand. It requires two hands to open initially but springs open with one hand after that. To close the knife initially requires both hands. Small size makes it great to have in the pocket and easy to hold in the hand.
Be Careful! Opens unexpectedly By Flyman from York, PA on 08/07/2008 Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend This knife looked very nice in the catalog however when I opened the box it is much smaller than I had anticpated. It is a great looking knife but it could be about an inch longer. Due to the small overall length it is hard to hold in a man sized hand. Maybe because it is new but the assisted opening didn't work consistently.
I clipped it into my right pocket and started to work in the garage and then put my hand into my pocket to get sometime out and about fifteen seconds later there was blood streaming down my pinkie and emanating from a 3/4" slice on the back of my hand near the side.
