By Die-hard Dansko fan from New Haven, Ct on 11/16/2008 Pros: Comfortable when standing, Cute with skirtsdresses, Durable, Versatile Cons: Slipp too much, Walking is uncomfortable Best Uses: Casual Wear, Travel, Work Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels half size too big Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I am a big fan of dansko shoes and love their professional clogs. These slipped too much, though, and the ankle strap wasn't enough to keep them on my feet. With every step, they dangled by that strap. Sadly, I had to return them. They were, as expected, extremely comfortable if I were just standing up--no knee pain, back pain, etc.
Can never go wrong with Dansko! By Dansko fan from Fairfax CA on 11/08/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Versatile Best Uses: Casual Wear, Travel, Work Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels half size too big Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These clogs are very comfortable, but I would be sure you know what size you wear in Dansko. They run fairly wide, which may be a problem for those with narrow feet. These are awesome shoes and last practically forever!
By Anthe from Los Angeles, CA on 11/08/2008 Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: My first thought was that the shoes are heavy, but when you are wearing them it is not a problem. I like the rocker bottoms a lot. They sort of propel you forward when you are walking. The arch supports don't exactly fit me where my arches are. The first time I wore them it bothered me, but now they are OK. They do have a thin strap holding them on, but I have not found that it digs into my foot as you may think that it does. When I wear them my back feels good. I gave them 4 stars, but I have a bad hip and extremely picky feet. Some one with more "normal" requirements would probably give them a 5.
