Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: My daughter loves this jacket as her new ski jacket. We had to order the matching pants. Lots of pockets with good zipper closures for all their stuff. Wore it skiing in the rain and she didn't complain about being too wet so I guess the water resistant worked well. The decorative snaps along along the bottom, perhaps they snap to the pants, don't like to stay snapped on their own. Other than that it's a great jacket for the slopes or around town. We are both very pleased with its performance.
