"Comfortable in cold and wind too" By Rocky Mnt High from Ft Collins, CO on 12/02/2008 Pros: Breathable, Dries Quickly Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have yet to give these a good workout but I used them in mid 30F and a 40kn wind and I was comfortable for the conditions. They could use a little more padding but I always think that after 20+ miles with almost all cycling shorts or tights. Would recommend.
Almost like wearing bike shorts. By BikeBoy5 from Chicago, IL on 12/01/2008 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Good Padding, Warm Cons: Not Enough Pockets, Way too long Best Uses: Road Biking, Winter commuting Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I wear these on my 2:45AM morning 6 mile commute and they're the lower covering I've used. With a pair of long compression shorts and over-the- calf wicking sox, I'm comfortable (so far) to 14 degrees. I ride fairly hard (NOT a recreational rider) and these don't get me over-heated.
By bike 2 work from Colorado Springs, CO on 11/11/2008 Best Uses: Cold Weather, Commuting Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Comments: these will keep your legs warm in 30 degree weather. Id like to try for zero. Too bad it doesn't have pockets.
