The only down side is that the first pair I ordered had one air pump not working. The second pair I ordered had one pump not working as well. I knew eventually the air pumps would stop working, so I kept them, but didn't expect them to come broken. Overall, nice boot. They do run one half to one whole size small.

Other than bulky appearance, you wouldn't know you were wearing snowboarding boots! They are very easy to get in to (compared to others) and lacing up is so easy with the BOA system. The air liner pumps up nicely although I never had the need to pump it so much. They are warm and with the heat inserts, which I have not used, I would think your toes and foot would be able to stand the bitter cold.
My street show size is 7.5 and I normally order an 8 if I need socks. I had to get a 8.5 in these boots because of other reviews and they were right - these boots fit just right.
