Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I purchased the Baladeo with the olive wood handle. The quality was so bad that I returned it. This one is significantly better. The corkscrew seems sturdier, the knife & lifter have proper drag. Much better. By the way, the "famous fly" is not a fly. It's a bee. Napoleon used the bee as his personal symbol, denoting industriousness. Laguiole designs adopted the Napoleon bee.
