I bought a 6, but found it was about a 1/2 size too large. Also, I had a hard time keeping them tied, even with double knots. The shoestrings should be replaced for them to stay tied. Overall, the shoe is very comfortable. I wore them all day at work w/no problems until the end of the day when they began to rub on the outside of my foot where I have a little arthritis. Also, they are not going to keep your feet warm. Other than that, I would recommend them.

I found 2 pairs of M width ones, bought them too, and they're almost as good as the ones with the expensive orthotic. I won't get rid of any of them (I own 2 other models, too) until I ruin them, and all 5 pairs are still going strong.
