Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These boots run a full size too small for my feet, but once I got the right size, they were comfortable out-of-the-box and well-made. They should hold up well to rigorous fall/winter hunting. I have not had a chance to use them outdoors yet.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a heavy boot, tough all-leather, thick insulation, warm. Appears oversize but is right inside. Suggest 1/2 size larger for much easier breakin of inside insulation. Also try 'mink oil' or similar leather softening agent outside, or expect lengthy breakin. Stiff sole, tough. Not a casual day-hike boot, but more of a cold weather stand-sitting boot.
