Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The bag is for everyday use, taking public transportation to and from work. The ergonomic design works very well and the organizational layout of the classic Ameribag, both inside and out, is helpful - the key clip is a wonderful idea and in the canvas bag, the strap attaching the key holder to the interior of the bag is elastic rather than woven. This bag replaced a black, ballistic material Ameribag (the black bag, although touted as a sturdy sports model, with an extra compartment and outer bottle pocket, disintegrated. The lining tore, the zippers lost their integrity, and the zipper pulls broke off!). This item (canvas bag) does have much stronger zippers. The one flaw in this item is the color - the light canvas fabric feels sueded, and shows dirt too easily.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have had one of the other fabric Ameribags, so was looking forward to recieving this one! It is just as wonderful as the other, and has more pockets inside! The only concern I have is keeping it clean, but time will tell.
